Packaging tips
- Use a sturdy box or poly mailer that fits the item.
- Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap and mark them “FRAGILE”.
- Write the receiver's name, full address and phone number clearly.
- Seal all openings with strong packing tape.
- Keep the invoice / tracking number safe until delivery.

How do I track my parcel?
Enter the tracking number printed on your FLYVEX invoice in the tracking box at the top of this page or on our tracking page. International carrier airway bill numbers also work.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 24 hours inside Dhaka, 24–48 hours to Dhaka suburbs, 48–72 hours to other districts and 3–7 business days for international shipments.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. We collect payment from the receiver and transfer it to the merchant through bank or mobile banking.
Is pickup free?
Yes, doorstep pickup is free within our service areas. Just book online or call us.
What if my parcel is damaged or lost?
Contact our support team with your tracking number. We will investigate and resolve the claim according to our service terms.
